Proof of love,
in every loaf.
A home kitchen, a warm oven, and a belief that bread made with love feeds far more than the body.

The name says everything.
Proofing is the quiet hour when dough rests and rises — when, given a little time and warmth, something ordinary becomes something alive. We think faith works the same way.
So every loaf we bake is our proof of love: proof of the care in our hands, the prayer over the pan, and the grace we’ve been given to share. That’s the whole recipe.
— Baked with faith, fermentation & love
“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord.” Colossians 3:23

Slow bread in a fast world.
We keep it honest: unbleached flour, real butter, and time. Our sourdough is naturally leavened and fermented over days; our yeast breads are soft, warm and comforting. Two doughs, one standard — nothing rushed.
Because we bake in small batches, every loaf gets our full attention. When it’s gone, it’s gone — and tomorrow we begin again, grateful.
